I started Driven Tempo after realizing how much modern life can mentally and physically overwhelm people, especially while trying to balance careers, responsibilities, relationships, health, and long-term goals. Through intense stress, career changes, personal growth, and years of learning how to manage pressure both mentally and physically, I became deeply interested in what it truly takes to improve yourself over time.
